           ICS' Design services are led by Timothy M. Taylor and Markham D. Sallade, AIA.  This potent combination of talent has been able to design and complete some outstanding projects.  ICS feels that the in house architect gives true representation to the Design / Build concept.  ICS takes the Design concept one step further by including the design team Tim Taylor, President.  Mr. Taylor has extensive education in Design from undergraduate programs at WVU and the graduate programs of Notre Dame as well as 25 years experience in all phases of the construction industry.  This combination of Architecture and Design produces very innovative and exciting projects for our clients.  The abilities of these two professionals enables ICS to meet the needs and conceptual ideas of our clients.  Please call ICS for an up close and personal consult with Markham and Tim.
