A construction veteran, Eldon started in the industry almost 30 years ago working for Ledcor in Edmonton. Wanting a new challenge, Eldon jumped at the chance to cross the Rocky Mountains to work for Ledcor’s new Vancouver office. Quickly working his way up the ranks, Eldon became the division manager – establishing the company’s presence on the West Coast.

In 1991, Eldon founded Integrated Construction. Initially, focusing on smaller tenant improvement work, he slowly transitioned the company towards more industrial, commercial and retail-based construction. With a rapidly growing company and a high demand for developments in Alberta, Eldon opened the Edmonton office in 1997.

Today, you can still find Eldon working with his team on any one of the company’s projects. After all, his hands-on approach and passion for his work are the reasons for Integrated Construction’s highly regarded reputation for quality construction, design innovation and unparalleled service.

Outside of work, Eldon can be found spending time with his wife and three daughters or in Haiti lending a hand to the Haiti ARISE program.
